Casa Azahar
Casa Azahar consists of two small houses on a plot that are connected by a roof. Because these houses are located away from the road and are not directly visible from neighbors, this place feels remote with a beautiful view over the avocado fields.
In the smallest house you will find a living room, an office (or single bedroom) and a bathroom with bath, washing machine, toilet and sink. This house also has a balcony and you can take the stairs from the outside to a higher roof terrace. In the house across the street you will find a dining room adjacent to the terrace, a kitchen with hob, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker and oven. In addition, the kitchen is sufficiently equipped to cook an extensive meal.
Through the dining room you enter a wardrobe room and then enter the bedroom. This attractively decorated room can be cooled in the summer and heated in the winter by the air conditioning unit. This bedroom is adjacent to a smaller bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
In the winter months the roof terrace is wonderful to get some extra sun and in the warm summer months the balcony and the intermediate terrace are a cool place to stay.

The location
Casa Azahar is located 15 minutes from the seaside resort of Torre del Mar, 40 minutes from Málaga and 1.5 hours from Granada/Sierra Nevada. The Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama Natural Park is also nearby for hundreds of kilometers of hiking trails.
The houses are located in a barrio, which roughly translates to Dutch as 'hamlet'. It is a group of houses located along a provincial road. Because these houses are reached by taking a long, lazy staircase down, you have little to no road noise and you have a beautiful view over the avocado fields and the rolling landscape of La Axarquía.
Casa Azahar is the ideal place for people who want to be centrally located between different cities, but also want to enjoy nature and authentic Andalusia.
